The FIA's American Collection is comprised of over 850 paintings and sculptures, nearly 2,260 works on paper, and 340 decorative art objects. American Collection highlights include 18th and 19th century works by John Singer Sargent, Mary Cassatt, Martin Johnson Heade, Benjamin West, Jasper Cropsey, and the Garbisch Collection of American Naïve paintings. Modern and Contemporary highlights include works by Alexander Calder, Dale Chihuly, Deborah Butterfield, Robert Motherwell, and Helen Frankenthaler.
