Michael Melenbrink

Assistant Director of Finance and Administration,
has a degree in accounting from Baker College.  Before coming to the FIA in 1995 he worked at the Lewis & Knopf, a local CPA firm for 7 years.  His duties include accounting, human resource management and oversight of the facilities, security and retail departments. 

In addition to his work at the FIA, Michael served as the Treasurer of the Genesee County Fair for 9 years. He is also currently the Chair of the Museum Management Committee, a Standing Professional Committee of the American Association of Museums (AAM) and sits on the National Program Committee of the AAM.
