Jean Gumpper: Woodland Meditations
Ford Graphics Gallery

Jean Gumpper is a Colorado-based printmaker who works in the technically demanding printmaking method of the reductive woodcut. This exhibition focuses on colorful woodland scenes, dense forest foliage, sun-dappled trees, and shimmering reflecting ponds. A student of Asian culture, Gumpper’s images suggest the serene qualities of traditional Japanese prints.
