Founders Society Charity Auction

Van Goghing,
Going, Gone!

The Founders Society's 5th annual Van Goghing, Going, Gone! Charity Auction to benefit the Flint Institute of Arts will be held at the museum on Saturday, March 15, beginning at 10 am and continuing until all items are sold. Hundreds of items have been donated, including a 2.5 carat diamond solitaire from the Joseph estate, hundreds of pieces of gold, silver, diamond and semi-precious stone jewelry, art, antiques, gift certificates, vintage clothing, mink coats, furniture, dishes, glassware and more!

Unlike previous auctions, this auction is open to the public and there is NO ADMISSION CHARGE. Registration for numbers will begin at 9 am. Food and soft drinks will be available for purchase.

The auction will take place in Isabel Hall, and will be conducted by professional auctioneer Judy Landino, who has presented auctions for the Founders Society and for Applewood, The Ruth Mott Foundation, in the past.

There will be previews held on Friday, March 14 from 3-7pm and from 9-10 am on Saturday. The public is welcome to attend the previews. Left bids and phone bids may be made by filling out forms available at the Art Institute and require a credit card.
