Event attendance is not necessary to purchase raffle tickets or to be eligible to win. Raffle recipient is responsible for taxes on the prize value (valued at $15,500), and shipping and handling costs.

American glass sculptor Martin Blank creates sculptures, architectural installations, and public works ranging from abstract landscapes and figurative sculptures to monumental indoor and outdoor installations. After receiving his BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design in 1984, Blank worked with artist Dale Chihuly on and off for 12 years and has since been working in his own studio. He is best known for his hot-sculpting method, where he uses his whole body to manipulate glass.
