Smiley (father of Shea Cobb and subject of Act II) will discuss the Flint Is Family project, moderated by Niecole Middleton. Visitors are invited to submit questions for the participants the day of the panel and prior to the event by emailing Assistant Curator, Rachael Holstege at rholstege@flintarts.org, or through a form located at the FIA’s Visitor Services Desk.
