| Details | Enjoy a evening with Communities First, Inc. full of food, art, and a great film - "Aftershock". Following the preventable deaths of their loved ones due to childbirth complications, two families galvanize activists, birth-workers and physicians to reckon with one of the most pressing American crises of our time in the documentary film Aftershock – the US maternal health crisis. Doors open at 5:30 PM for dinner and for after hours viewing of the Flint Institute of Art's galleries. The film begins at 6:45 PM. As a part of our Culture Shock program, this opportunity is free to attend! |
