Seeking a highly organized, efficient, friendly, and creative Events & Beverage Manager to coordinate and manage FIA fundraisers, special events, and bar services. As Events & Beverage Manager, you will oversee all use of the FIA as a facility, beyond day-to-day operation through the administration and adherence to the Facility Rental Policy. You will work closely with the Events & Beverage Assistant, committees, Facilities and Development Departments to ensure all aspects of the rental or fundraiser are executed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
Abilities required: Must possess the ability to work in a general office environment, lift up to 50 lbs., and stand for long periods of time.

This Full Time/Exempt position is responsible for the day to day operations of the Flint Institute of Arts Museum Shop. This position is also responsible for providing visitors with excellent service and generating earned revenue for the museum. Tuesday-Saturday, 9-5, with occasional late nights and Sundays required.
