The Flint Institute of Arts is inviting the community to celebrate Juneteenth by visiting this weekend and browsing artwork on view by African American and African artists in our galleries. 

The FIA is offering complimentary admission on Friday, June 17. Admission is free daily for Genesee County residents thanks to the Genesee County Arts, Education, and Cultural Enrichment Millage. Thanks to support from Huntington, admission is also free for every visitor on Saturdays.

The FIA Hot Shop will also be offering free glass blowing demonstrations on June 17 in addition to their weekend demonstrations on Saturday and Sunday sponsored by McLaren Health Care.
