17th Annual Community Gala

The Flint Institute of Arts and Communities First, Inc. present the 17th Annual Community Gala on January 20th, 2024. This spectacular event celebrates the exhibition opening for Revolutionary Times with a talk by artist and Detroit-native Mario Moore. Following the artist talk, guests will enjoy live entertainment, heavy hors d’euvres, and a cash bar. Revolutionary Times will be on view at the Flint Institute of Arts from January 21 to April 14, 2024 in the Hodge & Henry Galleries.
Theater seating is first come, first served. The presentation begins promptly at 6:00pm.
Cocktail attire.
Proceeds from the event benefit exhibitions and the expansion of the African American art collection at the FIA. (Tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law.)
